The car was fine but because of the brand, the care is not good, and the wash is made minutes before the pick up. However, service was ok. But the holding reserve money is excessive.

Take long time for paper works. They only accept one credit card for one car, it is annoyance when you want to rent more than one car

The streets are torn up so our driver dropped us off a block away. Hertz didn't have our car, so they sent us down the street to Dollar. After waiting for the Dollar guy to show uo, they mixed up our rate and tried to chsrge us double our quoted price. The parking garage is poorly lit and also under construction so getting out was a puzzle. Other than that the car was fine.

When I dropped the car off after hours, and as per the arrangement, there was no available parking. I was forced to park the car on the street, outside the depot, in a potentially illegal spot. It was the exact spot the car was when I picked it up so I had to assume it was ok.

I was charged ~ 10 CAD for returning the car late (31 min). That was completely unnecesserary and the rule of 29 grace period should be clear at the begining

Due to very bad weather condtions, I had to wait a car coming back from a rent. But the counter staff did its best to shorten it and to give me the car requested (in fact an upgraded one). A very good deal.

It took us an hour waiting before receiving our car, it wasn't an economic car, but a big jeep and they didn't discount us for the extra gas we pay.
