I arrived at the airport and there was no Budget representative. I had to do the vehicle pick-up procedure by phone to whom I had to entrust my credit card number, I did not even know if it was a person working for the company Budget ... The vehicle was not recent and had no connection to be able to charge my smartphone which had no more battery. It is unacceptable to pay 650 € to end up with an old generation of vehicle ... In addition, my flight was brought forward by one day in the current health situation and I returned the vehicle 48 hours before without being able to benefit from 'a reimbursement of the days not consumed .. This is totally illegal! last time I booked through Autoescape.

I booked with Budget, not NOTICE because we had a bad experience 1 year and a half ago. On arrival in Brindisi, we were made to wait almost 2 hours for delivery of the vehicle. Photos taken before departure of the damage to the car because only in the parking lot (as usual). No damage during the 5 day stay. When returning the car, handing over the keys to the shed and ... always no one to go around with us. 4 days after receipt, my account is debited for € 302. When I call AVIS, I am just told that I will receive a letter explaining the damage to the vehicle within 15 days and that the problem was not yet known. ... I wonder if I will not dispute the payment on my card ....

Impossibility of taking charge because of the non production of my driving license. Undisputed mischief, but not the commercial gesture mentioned by Budget in its response to my claim, given the burden of renting a larger vehicle by the friends who accompanied us. Very, very disappointing.
