Picked car up at one airport and it was a seamless process by a very pleasant femalel agent. Dropped off at another airport was a whole different story- they rushed us out of the car- couldn't provide a receipt. We were directed to a booth and was then given one. We then found that they had tacked on an additional charge of almost $20.00 with out an explanation. Called Avis the next day and was able to get the charge reversed. Apparently they charged us for fuel when we returned the car with a full tank. Have used Avis in the past at both locations without a glitch- apparently having a bad day the day we returned it.

A week ago i reserved for a van that holds 7-8 people for 5:30 pm on friday. I got there at 5:30 and she told me that they rented last van out and all they had left was a jeep that holds 6 people. I was HIGHLY upset! I was going to see my brother in jacksonville who is in very bad ahape and had not seen him in 20 years. Reason for that type of van is because my brother never got to meet my kids.( his nieces and nephews). I took off that saturday.(which is very difficult to accomplish). Now I m stuck because I have to work all saturdays. I cant take off of work on saturday for a whole month! VERY UPSET that that happened. What was the point in reserving specifically if they dont hold the vehicle that I needed!
