The people I dealt with on pick up and return were very friendly and helpful, and arranged for us to have the car for a couple hours extra at no extra charge.

We did the reservation online, just for 4 days, then I called to review if your company accepted Colombian Drive Lincense... and I added 1 more day, and I changed the time to pick up (that will be the same to return). When my husband was picking up the car, the person who attended to him realized that he does not speak english, so she tried to let our reservation 1 day less for the same amount of money... so my husband called me and I talked to her, then, she realized she was making a mistake, so she changed the day, but in the return time, she forced us to returned it 1 hour early... ( if I pick up the car at 9 am, I must return at the same time to complete 24 hours) but the time was wrotten in the paper so BIIG, just to be sure we will return at 8 am o`clock, and then my husband was told, if not, we will have to pay one more day!!... she was very agresive, and rude!!... I AM NOT TO RENT A CAR WITH YOU AGAIN.

Terrible I secured the rental time and date Asked several questions regarding payment Advised visa debit would be acceptable 100% I required this vechicle for a surgical appointment 18 months waiting Hundreds of $$$’s spent to get to winnipeg At the desk after checked in. I was asked for my payment card. I gave it to them. They refused it immediatly. Sorry we cant accept that I missed my appontment
