Other than the horrible experience with a Norman with Fox at car extensions everything else was fine the price are fair and the selection of car is as well. Just prey you dnt get Norman on the line he would tell you that ur a waste of time and hang up on ur face..

My experience with this provider was less than perfect. I rented a vehicle online and did not realize at the time return time was 3 am and not 3 pm as I would have desired. I attempted to change the return time at the check-in counter when I went to pick up the car but wasn?t allowed. The attendant at the counter was pretty persistent that this could not be done because the vehicle was reserved online. I was then told that I could bring the car back at any time but I would be charged a $25.00 late fee. I opt to bring the car back at 3 am for a 4 pm flight instead of paying any type of late fees. I decided to hangout out at the airport to avoid any additional fees. At 2:50 am I was driving around the rental car return lot attempting to find a way so I could return the car. I checked at every single entrance and exit point for all rental car agencies and found them all blocked by a vehicle parked across the entrance/ exits. Eventually, I made contact with a security guard from Hertz car rental who was attempted to help me, but there was nothing the guard could do. I eventually parked on the street and walked into the building an attempt to locate a Fox representative and found the building empty. No one was available at any of the car rental agencies. At the Fox counter there was a sign stating due to COVID-19, the agency operating hours are 9 am ? 9 pm. For after-hours support, a 1 800 number was provided. I called the number and received a prerecorded message stating no one would be available until 5 am. I was then given a list of online option which would not have solved the problem of me sitting outside the gate with a vehicle at 3 am. I left and came back at 9 am. Had my flight been sooner than 9 am I do not know what I would have done. At 9 am I returned and encounter an attendant by the name of ?Mike? who was outstanding. Mike was receiving returning vehicles. I explained the situation to him and he quickly and expertly set things to right. He explained to me after I picked my car, Fox changed its hours of operation from 9 am to 9 pm. Every customer was supposed to have been called and advised of the change but some of us slipped through the cracks. Mike apologized for the inconvenience, received the vehicle, and ensured I would not be charged a late fee. On top of this, I was also given a discount on the overall rental. Because of this and the overall professionalism of the attendant, Mike is the reason Fox rental agency is receiving the rating they are getting from me. Being in the trenches and the first person frustrated customers encounter, I think Mike represented himself and his company well. He deserves the credit for any success Fox receives on that day.

Had to return the car 10 days earlier because of covid -19 to return to Canada . Was given a small discount but really should have been at least half price !
