I travel for work and exclusively use Enterprise because of the ease of car rental. No bait and switch amazing customer service, literally I book up to 6 cars a month during busy season, and even the holds on the credit cards are small, enabling MORE car rentals! Some companies charge exorbitant hold fees, and when booking hotels and cars back to back, it actually cuts the flow of production to have to wait to clear a card. Not Enterprise, they are amazing! Thanks guys!

There were two pencil point sized dings in the front windshield when I returned the car--a small fracture was starting to extend from one of the dings. I'm certain these flaws were present when I rented the car but a crack had not started and was most likely initiated from the 107 degree heat in Fresno. While these were smaller than the quarter sized damage mark conventionally counted by rental companies and the return agent noted that the heat probably contributed to a crack starting, I was written up anyway. It was a friendly enough, but definitely tense exchange and it is yet to be seen if they try and charge me for damages. I have had previous problems with Enterprise, dealing with their website and trying to rent using my State of California State Employee status--I was never able to work out that issue with them.
