Our experience started at the counter. No one was available at the counter at our time of pickup. We were due somewhere, so after 20 minutes we sent an airport employee to find her. Our rental was to have an EZ pass, so we did not bring ours. Realized at the toll booth, ours did not have one. There was front end damage to the vehicle, a stale smoke smell inside and a filthy dash/control area...with missing parts. We tried to report it before leaving, and again, she was not anywhere to be found. Tried calling the local and national number, but was unable to connect with someone.

My only issue is I tried to get through to the phone number at this location for several days. Also, my car pick up was at 3:00pm. They were going to leave at 3:15pm so it's darn good I wasn't late.

Price was very reasonable for the car that was provided.
