This place coudn’t care less about your rental experience. After being warned about a $250 cleaning fee for smoking, I was given a car that had previously been heavily used by smokers. Next, I wasn’t told the car was a hybrid, so spent 10 minutes trying to get the car started, only to figure out the engine was on, but electric so silent. The worst issue, however, was not being told that there was an eToll device in the car that was default set to on, so I paid cash for 5 tolls only to be told by the 6th toll operator that I was being charged automatically for tolls. When I told the rental office, they said I would be billed for the tolls (that I already paid) plus an administration fee, but they would give me an 800 number I could call and if I could provide toll receipts (you don’t get a receipt when you throw coins in the bucket), they MAY, reverse the charges. They couldn’t have been less helpful on either the return or rental.
