Great experience! Staff was great! The reason I put my wait at 20 minutes was because I arrived an hour and a half early. My bad... but they promptly put me in a clean nice car.

I was 10 min late dropping the car off and they charge me 10.50 for a hour when i was 10 min late. THE Daphne location is not a great place to pick up a car becauseI picked it up at 5:10 and not 5:30 when i called to tell them i would be 30 min late the worker told me that because i picked it up at 5:10 i had to be back at 5:39 enterprise does not give you but 29 min extra to drop a rental i had to told the employer my rental didn't end until 5:30 not 5:10 but because I picked up early i didn't get the extra 29 min so i ask for the manager he told could not give but until 6:00 i called and told them i had to stop and get gas in the vehicle and i would be 10 more min and they told me they would have to charge me for a hour the mobile al location gives you more time i would never rent from them again.
