Car scratched everywhere in front, behind, on the sides, paint stains on the bodywork, pieces of paint glued, dirty windshield badly maintained. Dirty and poorly maintained interior, inadequate floor mats, much too big, folded under the seat. Limit brakes, HS suspensions, unpleasant seat odor. Used to rent vehicles in different countries, a car like that is a shame. On the return, Dollar asks us to fill out a satisfaction questionnaire BEFORE we return the deposit and tells us that the deposit will be returned once the questionnaire completed .... in short, it is useless to say that we can not fill in the questionnaire in any freedom since the deposit will only be returned after completing the questionnaire. Malhonette methods and car degraded for a rate too high given the car rented. Dollar (and Thrifty as joint agency at Amman airport) is over for me ....

Good reception, a little waiting for the car. State of the vehicle effectively controlled. No problem with the restitution.
