When you drop off it is as though you are bothering the associate. No one comes out to even signal you where to line up the car. It's a lucky guess first shot. She barely speaks to you (this is my second encounter in 3 weeks). I asked for a receipt and was told I had to write down my email address. What year is this? I confirmed she could read it as I need the receipt for expense report. It's 1 week later and I still don't have it. Called Customer Service Monday to be told if I didn't have by close of day Monday directly from the PA Airport location, it would be another 3 days. Well, it's another 4 days and I still don't have it. Responded to the service ticket email yesterday saying I needed it and received a generic response. Just horrible service from every angle. And inside of the car was not clean.

I lost a day from my travel because the airline cancelled the flight. The rental car charge was more for four days than for five. Why?
