The attendant offered to upgrade me to a better vehicle, from a full size to an suv, for free but charged me the full price of the suv (I’m used to this type of upgrade since I’m an Emerald Club Executive Member). I also asked him to apply my corporate discount. When I received my email confirmation of the final charges, I found he charged me the full undiscounted price for the SUV and did not apply my corporate discount. Now I’m stuck with the hassle of getting them to adjust the charges... This is unusual for National, but very disappointing in this case

My experience with The National Car Rental was exceptional.
