The customer service personal was very nice, However with only one person ahead of me in line and 2-3 people behind the counter, I was told someone would be with me in a few minutes. I waited almost 10 minutes. Keeping in mind, I made the reservation 4 days prior to the pick up. Once i was helped at the counter, the car i was getting apparently was dirty from the previous renter and they wanted to wash it. I appreciate the fact that they wanted to give me a clean car, But i now had to wait another 15 mins.
So with that being said, as a renter of the car. I would like to see them get the customer in and out in a more timely manner. The return of the car went a lot smoother, as i was met in the parking lot by Tim who handled everything for me there and i didn't have to go inside to check out.

Booked a compact, they were out of them, refused to upgrade us to a larger available car.

The car I had reserved was not available and I was given a different model it the same class. The car I received had warning lights active and was in pretty bad shape. I requested another vehicle but they would only give me a smaller car so I took the junker.
The office attendant (I believe she was a supervisor) was very short and not interested in customer service.
The car drove ok but was not so great.
I’ll look elsewhere next time.
