New and clean vehicle but deposit charged and credited according to the agency in 30 days (they speculate with our money). I specify that the vehicle has been returned in the same state as the support to know new!

It was as far as everything as you know it, car controls, recorded damage. In the end, the car was taken away from the valet parking, after 20 minutes of control the man from the service (Europcar) came back and said only everything was ok, the sweater in the back seat was overlooked or something else ... for us it was also timely no longer possible to see back again - in the end not his fault, but simply not to say anything can not be the way.
