Enterprise was excellent and they even gave me a free upgrade. But carrentals.com has them listed as being in the terminal and NONE of the car rentals are in the terminal. One must get on the shuttle to the rental car center to get the car. Otherwise it was very good.

I reserved a vehicle a few months prior to my trip. When I arrived to pick up my car, it was no longer available. Enterprise had sold the fleet of this particular vehicle and did not notify me in advance to select a different vehicle. Upon arrival, I was told that there were no cars comparable to the one I had rented, and the only option was for me to upgrade to a vehicle from their exotic line costing over double the amount of my original rental price. After considerable time and back and forth on the saleman's part, they were finally able to give me a comparable car, not the exotic, for the price of my original agreement. The entire process could have been smoother and faster with upfront and honest communication.

Since I was renting a convertible which has basicly no trunk space and traveling across the entire state of California, I wanted a good understanding of their theft insurance policy. However, no matter how I asked the question to the rental agent he could not comprehend what i was asking and actually became aggravated with me which is obvious from his tone of voice and responses. In the end I did not get the insurance because he could not tell me how I would benefit from it. The vehicle was filthy both inside and out. I enjoyed the vehicle but not the service from Enterprise.
