Chris is a very nice gentleman he always makes sure I have a safe ride home.his staff as well are nice and helpful and very friendly group of people I wish them well and may they enjoy their holidays with their loved ones and families it is always a pleasure to do business with budget rental car. My blessings from my house to yours .

Car was in good condition. But the customer service was very bad during drop off at the branch. I dropped the car 1 hr late and I was charged for the entire day . I asked if I could use the car for the day since I was charged but i was not allowed. There are other rentals in the same region who don’t charge extra if it’s an hour late .
