Went to pick up my car at 10am (the posted opening time) and nobody was at the counter to help me until 10:30. Also in line waiting with me we’re 2 other customers, one of which said she’d returned 2 cars that had flat tires. Overall my experience with the car was fine but the woman working at the front counter was unprofessional.

The car was dirty on the outside like it went through the mud and trunk area had mud like someone had mud on their luggage. I never received a receipt at Tulsa, I asked for a printed copy they said it would take too long so I provided my email and still haven't gotten the receipt yet.
