My experience had lots of ups and downs. The new employee at the counter did a good job. The booking online was not the same vehicle as ordered. Hertz had no other handicap accessible ( meaning a van I could put my ride on mobility device into). Thrifty had 1 left. No apologies or savings offered by Hertz. One of my bags got left at the counter when I was transferred into my device. It's too high for me to even be able to notice. Trying to call the counter once I noticed it missing...impossible. Finally reached an airport security guard who was working at the Info desk next to it. Sure enough, my bag, 2 days later, was still there. I returned to the airport to pick it up. No help from Hertz at all, not even a phone call. Sigh The Toyoya Sienna was no Grand Caravan, but it was ok on gas. Returning the vehicle was uneventful.

Car was excellent, client service was excellent. Drawback is that I was double billed for this rental and am still trying to sort that out.
