Rep at counter lovely. My only issue was I did not realize price quoted in
US dollars. I had looked everywhere on web. Should be made clearer.

I am a regular customer (I just rent cars with Entreprise) but I found emplyees at the Montreal Airport way nicer. At pick up, the employee was cold, rude and careless about my satisfaction. I wanted to have a different color and he said he does not have any other option when I saw there were plenty of cars with the same categorie, I wanted to pay with a different method and he said it will be long to do it again (as if he doen't have time) and I was the only customer, he didn't bother to show me the vehicle and didn't want to talk to me. (It was like take your car and go). Pick up was on friday, the 4th 2019 around 5pm.
However, when returning the vehicle, I found a different employee who was nice and service level was similar to the one I usually get at the Montreal Airport.

I mistakenly priced the rental as Canadian dollars versus the U.S, dollars of car rentals website prices. Therefore, I paid more in Canadian dollars than the price that Enterprise charges through its own Canadian website. Once bitten twice shy!
