They were very good at checking me in efficiently, but when I was in a time crunch to catch a flight due to COVID19 cancelling my plans to stay in Cleveland, I was charged nearly nearly $180 for renting a car for 5 hours. I have been trying to get in touch with someone to talk through the situation for the last 4 days with no luck as emails are the only form of communication.

Friendly, courteous service. Only complaint is that I have not yet received my receipt via e mail.

Easy pickup, car was in good condition and drove well. (Full size Chevy Malibu). One small negative: Return check in took too long, there was only one attendant on duty on mid-afternoon Sunday.
