The van was in horrendous condition .....looks like it had been in several accidents...the gas cap was smashed in- almost impossible to open. Asked for another vehicle- was told “that’s it”. Was on a 1/4 tank of gas in the vehicle...then rounded up the rental an additional 200 in case we didn’t return it with gas!

The price online and when we got there was two different price And The representative didn’t want to hear anything and also scares you because you didn’t take the insurance with Avis telling us that we have to pay everything upfront if we got in to Car Accident Or any damage to vehicle We had a coverage through third-party car Ins NOT with Avis that why The representative didn’t want to hear anything The car was awful we had to request them to change it for us

Waited over 1.5 hours and there were only 2 people ahead of me. The manual processes they use are so outdated it is ridiculous. Poor customer service. The car was filthy and they could not offer another one. Dropping off vehicle is difficult too. They are horrible all around. I got a KIA Picanto. I was eating my knees every time I drove.
