My experience picking up the car was excellent however returning the car was not, I wanted to pay cash for the car rather than leaving the expense on my credit card, the clerk just took my paperwork, ask if I was returning the car, she ask me to wait , when she returned she processed the paperwork and ask me to sign, I think she should have asked if I wanted to pay or leave on the card,otherwise ok

As a repeated customer (twice per year for 3 years) the process should be expedited and more efficient...my time is very important

Pick up the car and after getting to the my hotel I had a flat, return the car to the office and explaining the situation to one of worker he’s accusing me, saying I deliberately got the flat on purpose. His attitude was nasty!
