My trip started to the Dominican Republic and i had purchased everything through the app, for an advertised price of 70$USD i ended up paying 270USD per night, i was charged a bunch of different rates at the time of the reservation and on top of that there were no more options so i was forced to go because there is quarentine in the dominican republic in where after a certain time you cannot be outside! Very horrible experience

At the herzt counter they said me that there was the reservation but unfortunatelly they did not have the car . So I spent money to go to the office and money to go back without the riserved car. At the end also carentals did nothing to help. Very disappointed from the service.

I will never rent from Hertz again. I booked a car in Punta Cana for the 2nd if Jan. There was no car for me and was told they overbooked. I had to take a cab which cost me 200 US. I had a handicap with me reason for renting a car. Never again. Aline Dirks
