Enterprise pickup had a 10 person line, moved super fast and checked out a car in no time at all.

Hi , I have booked a compact suv and he Has given Tucson which was not in proper condition the pick up of the car was not good and even before taking up the car I have asked him for any other options but he told that there is only one car available he was not checking in the inventory as wel .

When I had reserved a 'sport' car described as a Dodge Challenger or similar. I was really counting on getting the Challenger. I wanted to drive it on my trip, test it out. The Enterprise facility at CMH (Columbus Airport) could not promise me that one would be available on the day I had scheduled for p/u. In fact, when I showed up at the counter, the Challenger was not available. They offered me a Mustang or a Dodge Charger. When I hesitated, the very friendly and amazing Enterprise rep (Emp# E507XP, Name??) offered to upgrade me at no additional cost, to a Mercedes or a new Volvo. I really was hoping to drive the Challenger and she understood my hesitation. She immediately picked up the phone to call National Rent-a-Car, said it was their sister company, to see if they had a Challenger available. They did. Boom, Boom! Lickety split, she had me headed over to the car pick up station to get my late model (2019) slate grey Challenger, delivered from National to the Enterprise team. It was awesome! I really enjoyed that car for the three days I had it. And the 'no problem' service I received from the Enterprise rep made it all the better! When lots of choices weren't enough to satisfy me, she found me the car I hoped to drive! Thank you Enterprise!
