They did not have the car I reserved and wanted to upsale to another car. They also really pushed for me to prepaid for gas. When I returned the car they did not provide a receipt. Reza, the person who helped me said that they will email me the receipt. When I didn’t see the receipt and could not contact them, I asked the shuttle driver to help me ask them to email me the receipt. They emailed someone else’s receipt to me. I am waiting for customer care to send me my receipt.
