I had not used this location in a few years because I was unhappy with their cars and customer service . BUT they are new owners and extremely friendly and helpful. Plus the cars are all clean and in very good condition. The car I rental was spotless !! Extremely happy.

Do not have a major credit card. I was told that was the only way I could pick up the car because it is proof of identity. My driver's license is not proof of identity. That is the worst policy ever. Even was willing to allow any amount of money to be put on hold from my card the answer was still no. Dumbest policy ever!!!!!

It was ok except car would not start. Called roadside assistance and the person said we would have to pay up to $383! Called AAA and it was FREE!! When we told Payless they waived our gas fee.
