We arrived 3 hours after our hour resa, used to airports or it is not a pb at all here ... the cat, we even thought not having a car at all! waiting 1.30, punished on a bench, to hear that 46 resas to honor, could he leave at the hour !! ?? the pb c is that they had no car, and even offered a pickup to a customer because A !! brief overworked agency, a "responsible responsible" that disappears after 10 minutes we never see again, and a team that does what it can to ensure ... arrived 16h left the 18.30 a little a notch I have to say because others have been told, you do not want a pick-up, plan b pick up their car at the airport finally car recovered, clean, 3/8 d gasoline indicated 4/8, false kms record .. back at airport, it is the only time I was told that I would receive the invoice because mail, at all other renters (alamo and notice) balance sheet given when leaving the car !!!!! short last time at hertz ......

First HERTZ at Bryant street San Francisco gave me car with bad breaks, and then I had to wait 2 hours until they exchange that car. Also they asked me to pay additional $1.30 on a top to the price that I already paid during the booking (the explanation was that price wasn’t calculated correctly during the booking). When I returned the car it took associate 25 minutes to do paperwork.
