My flight was delayed and it took ten phone calls to confirm that they would still be open when I arrived. The ten call connected me to someone who actually called the actual people at the desk I was to pick up at and confirmed they would be there. The first person said they close on minute before my flight arrived so he wouldn’t promise they would still be there. She. I asked it he could give me the direct line to that office he put me back into the center all phone system, as did the next few people I talked to.

The staff took too long to complete the vehicle check in

The price at booking vs price when picked up was higher & the car given in the example was NOT the car we got. They tried to up sell us into the car that we actually booked & offered a lower priced car at a higher price then or booking rate. I didn't have time to argue so took whatever was available. Will not use Budget again.
