The van was shockingly dirty inside and out (French fries, popcorn and other fast food under the seats). The windows were so dirty that I had to stop to get them cleaned just to feel safe. The hard sell on extra insurance was over-the-top. The woman wouldn't take no for an answer. An unpleasant experience all around.
