My flight arrived early but I was not able to pick up my rental until noon as that is the time I reserved it. I was at the counter 15 minutes before noon. So the actual time to get the vehicle was about 30 minutes. I think next time I will go directly thru the rental agency to avoid this problem.

Picking up my rental was fast and courteous. Dropping off was very frustrating as I was not informed no one would be there or the process. There was a sign that said lock car and take keys to counter and a drop off box that was for depositing your keys, confusing. It was 4am so it was difficult to call someone, and when I got someone they forwarded me to roadside services. I wanted to use a different card to pay, but was unable to. Very pricey, A one way rental for one day was over $160 for a small compact car.
