the personal service was good. i always feel welcome at Enterprise. but before i even got there, the address in CarRentals.com was incorrect. i asked about this at the rental car counter, and they said they had tried to update with CarRentals.com without success. with this Enterprise (and possibly with most), they have you return the car with the same amount of gas that's already in it. mine was only 1/4 tank full. not a huge deal; i filled up not far from the counter. but it was unusual to me in that i don't recall ever renting a car where the fuel was not already full. the car was fine. nothing outstanding, nothing terrible. it was more convenient than having to go all the way to the rental car counter for certain. the return was a bit slow. i waited at the location where one drops off the car, and someone eventually came by to help; there was no sign to proceed inside for assistance. once inside, it seemed to take an inordinately long time to process my receipt. i'm spoiled by most car rentals whereby the receiver steps up to you as you get out of the car, checks your mileage immediately, and prints you a receipt from a roving terminal. all in all, it was super convenient, and i'd rent there again, but i write this review so other customers are aware of what they are getting into when renting from this Concord location.
