Good reception to support and restitution. The full was not complete at first. The needle of the gauge tutoyait the "full" but after only 30 km the gauge indicated 7/8. Dirty car outside, but information and excuses to take charge. Overall good performance.

I regularly take a rental vehicle at Avis, I am satisfied, however, it would have been more correct to report by mail, phone your loyal customers (s) that your office is. more on the same place, I think of people with disabilities, elderly, and / or loaded luggage that unnecessarily 300 meters for nothing, and it's been three months since you moved ... it's called com and respect . In addition, it would be useful to make an attractive price for those who take a vehicle to do qq kms during a stay. Thank you

The address of Angouleme station is false on the documents and the site AVIS.FR No access to my bill 46 hours after return. Website confused, making the search for its reservation / invoice difficult On the different documents the same number bears different names.
