The clerks at the counter were very courteous. However, a few details should have been handled before renting the car. Low windshield washer fluid and something hanging from the undercarriage that looked as if it had been duck taped in place. We were flagged by two passersby alerting us to the problem. This should not happen. Thankfully it wasn't anything serious.
