Ms Vintana H was a delight from the minute I walked in the door, until the minute I left. Big happy smile and very personable. It was a nice experience.

I scheduled a rental in Seattle but due to my error, the location for the car was downtown Seattle not the airport. My flight arrived a little late. We went immediately to the car rental location. When I arrived at about 3:45 pm, we discovered my mistake. The SIXT staff in the airport informed me I would have to take a taxi to the downtown office to pick up the car. There was no way that the car I had requested would be available at the airport. They did not rent compacts at that location. I could pay for an upgrade. I had made the mistake of pre-paying for the rental and the money I paid would not be available to offset the cost of the a rental at the airport. What they did not tell me was that the office would close at 4:00 PM. We took a taxi ($50 taxi fare) and arrived at 4:20 PM and was fortunate enough to meet the last person in the office leaving. She informed me that they were closed and I would not be able to pick up any vehicle that afternoon. It was cold and getting dark. My wife and I were fortunate enough to sit and wait for my son in law to pick us up in the Christian Science reading room next door. Next morning I called the office to make sure it was going to be ok to pick up the car that morning. I told the lady I talked with that I would be there to pick up the car as soon as my son in law got up and was able to take me to the office. We arrived about 9:30 AM. I was informed that the car that I had reserved (a compact) had been assigned to another customer and that the only car available was a full size that would cost me an additional $125. I was also informed that I would have to return the car to the downtown office or I would be charged an additional $50 fee. If I were to wait for another 2 hours they would be able to get me the class of car I had requested. I had an appointment to be at at 11:00 AM so that was out of the question. I took the car. The car was fine. Needless to say, this is not the way I would have expected people to treat customers. I will not be using this company in the future. I thought I had found a great value for a weekend visit to my daughter's house. Instead I ended up paying double what I had planned to pay. I am not a happy customer.

Easy pickup, had to wait for ~20 min because of another difficult customer but was given upgrade and treated very nicely by only worker at time, Ms. Ruth. Extended drop-off by an hour with no issue. Thank you!
