Car ran fine but the windshield wipers were so bad, it was almost impossible to see in the mornings when the windshield was wet or when it rained. I complained and was given a $10 credit for a week long rental. They blamed Tire Kingdom. After the final paperwork was processed, it occurred to me that I hadn't linked this rental to my Enterprise frequent traveler account. I was told to call the reservations department.

It took a day to get a vehicle. It was difficult to contact a person. The vehicle contracted was not available. The next day it took a couple of hours to get a person and a pick up. Once contact was made, the operation was smooth. A dispute over price was handled quickly and to my satisfaction. Evan, who took care of the drop off was excellent. This process was quick, friendly and closed to my satisfaction.

I click yes to do survey however I did not pick vehicle up management call me two hour before schedule pickup informing me previous schedule vehicle will not be available stated a Nissan 7 passengers vehicle will be there upon 30 minutes before pick up inform manager on way with vehicle waited about thirty more minutes hasn’t show up employee call ask where she at get off phone then tell me that vehicles not available she’ll bring a mini van I complain to say that not what I rented or was told about on the phone concerning the second vehicle I stated I wait to see what kind o f mini van it would be thirty more minutes goes by then a late twenty or early African American woman comes to stated she was told I wanted to see her no hello no am the manager I had to ask her who she was she did inform me who she was I ask her where the van she tell me in was a dodge caravan that was there all the time I was waiting there I refuse the rental number one it wasn’t what I rent Second she lied about the second rental available Third manager been on the premises refusing to come out and talk to me on top of that only stated they could only give a twenty dollars discount all in all weekend getaway was totally ruin because nothing else was available at any other supplier for a reasonable price Third foto be there at the office all that time

The place was closed when I got there to pick up my full size car that I made reservations for. I had to wait over 30 minuets before someone came to open the place. There were now 7-10 people waiting to either return their cars or to pick up their rental car. They did not have a full size car for me. They wanted to give me an Altima which was not sufficient for my needs with 4 people & luggage. They ended up giving me a GMC Terrain & charging me an extra $75. I left the place over an hour later very annoyed & then while driving I discovered 3 tires very over inflated (53) & 1 tire with a slow leak (25). I had to take care of this problem

There was no van available for me even though my reservation was paid for.
