My experience is no aceptable , I rent a car with confirmation number, went I have to pick up my car they call me said that is no more cars on 22 on Dec, I was treated that it was my fault and adiction I have to let down another car for another car rental.

Your reservation system provided me an address of an Avis location that closed 4 months ago. Most inconvenient to find that out only on arrival, and with no transport to get to the new location. The other location had no cars, causing me a total of 2 1/2 hour delay
