Took shuttle to Hertz at airport only to find out that Rental Location was 3 miles away and they could not transfer because of prepay. Hertz out of their mercy gave my wife & I a free shuttle to remote location. I had to return only to this location because of prepay. This cost an additional $30 to hire a private service to get us to airport. Also this Hertz location is not open at 4:30am so keys were dropped in their lobby. Vehicle rented was excellent; however, because of all the hazzles I can not recommend CarRentals.com to anybody.
