The customer service was not great! My car was not ready at pick up and I had to wait for it to be cleaned! It was banged up and smelled terrible inside the car!

Picked up my rental, expected for a Ford Focus, got a Nissan Versa which was stinky (probably a dog was in it previously, however a cleaner Focus was parked next to it). Made my booking online, paid in advance, after drop off they charged me a totally different amount ($5 more than original price). I thought rental companies like Hertz give better service than the cheaper ones... but I was wrong.

Car was not fully cleaned. Staff was not particularly friendly at pick up or return. The lot was hard to navigate; there were no signs as to where to return the car and not much place to put it despite it being a large facility. The mini van was great to drive and we’ll worth the value.
