After arriving to LA. I never noticed on my confirmation the location was changed and no one could help me change it back all that was offered was a new reservation at 200 more. It was the biggest inconvince arranging rides to get the car and dropping it off. i had to drop off early and also arrange a night stay near the airport because of this issue. I guess it was to difficult for hertz to make one call to Chatsworth branch and switch my pick up Because of a third party booking. On top of that shortly after picking up vehicle oil and maintenance lights came on and I kept having to put air in the tires every time the warning low air in tires came on. Not good. There were times I did even feel safe driving it but had no choice without it affecting anymore of our vacation.

I was a bit early....so it's not a surprise the car was not yet ready....

Jac was very professional and super courteous. The vehicle was clean and worth the money I payed for.
