Fairly good experience. Got something wrong with the bill at the end, but corrected it quickly.

When I went to reserve a car there was an “offer” to provide insurance for $9.00 a day. It would not let me say no, so rather than argue for that charge I proceeded because at the time it was the best deal from car rentals. When I checked in the rep. on my question said that it was for road assistance only. Then when I went to my email it was in my mailbox for collision

Bad experience - Prepaid my booking order with car pickup at 12:30am and return next day 6:30am (by system, they count me 2 days, thatz fair.). However, flight delay til 3:15am, i stayed at the airport til budget opens at 5:00am. Cant cancel/rearrange the order due to prepaid. Thatz fine. I returned the car at 8:00am due to another flight delay, budget counts doubled the fee and i need to paid CAD400 in total (rental a hatchback impreza for 27 hours) they claim that due to late return of 3 hours they need to charge double... It is not best deal but worst deal from my experience... i will never use this service anymore.
