The people working there were great and my vehicle was exactly what I picked out. The van was in excellent condition.

We have had the most awful Payless experience. After waiting with our infant and toddler by the side of the road for more than half an hour for a Payless shuttle from the airport to the rental place, the only two cars in our category reeked of cigarette smoke. We were forced to rent one of these. We felt sick every time we had to drive in the car. Then, the Payless shuttle driver on the way back to the airport insisted that we had to check in at Terminal C even though we twice told him our flight was from terminal F. This was a lie. So we were forced to walk outside the airport from terminal C to F, a 15 minute walk, carrying our children and our carry on bags. A complete disappointment from beginning to end.
