The rent by itself was nice and everything worked out pretty well. The unpleasant and time consuming things started after the actual rent. Two days later after the rent I've got an automatic call telling I hadn't returned my car although I did it in time. I had spent about an hour figuring out what was the issue and it turned out that they haven't closed my rent. Everything finished fine with no losses from me, except lost time and nervous situation. Not great practice after all.

First, although I opted for full tank return the tank was not full when I picked the car up and it is near impossible to figure out how to refill it to the level I received it so I had to return it with a full tank. Second, all the insurance options were for ‘calendar days’ so although I was only renting for 24 hours my only insurance options were to pay for 48 hours of coverage. I find this deceiving.
