Unfortunately, my experience was the worst I have ever had with a rental car. The car was apparently booked in a different location than I had selected on the site. When I attempted to resolve the situation, I was informed by a rather rude staff that I have to pay three times the amount I booked the initial rental for. I would not recommend this site or Hertz to anyone.

With the busy holiday weekend I could tell the employees were strapped for time and resources. They were very polite and apologetic about the time delay and I knew they were doing the best they could. I was understanding but many other customers were not and let their frustration show. The employees handled it very well even when other customers were being inpatient and rude.

I pre-paid for rental of a mini van. The only vehicle they had on site was a Pathfinder - not the same seating or storage. I asked if I could travel to another location to get the mini van I needed and they said my only option was to cancel my reservation or take the available Pathfinder. Entire trip was uncomfortable and we were forced to leave needed equipment behind in order to accommodate passengers. Very disappointed with this experience.
