A huge snowstorm delayed our arrival and they told us we wouldn’t have our rental, that we paid in full for, if we did not pick it up by the end of the business day. We paid for the entire week, so we should have had a car no Matter what

Unfortunately, my experience was the worst I have ever had with a rental car. The car was apparently booked in a different location than I had selected on the site. When I attempted to resolve the situation, I was informed by a rather rude staff that I have to pay three times the amount I booked the initial rental for. I would not recommend this site or Hertz to anyone.
