Vehicle was not at airport as I had selected (search criteria), or even a shuttle ride away, but some 20-30 minutes away by Uber on my dime at a Hertz office in another town that was closing shortly, and all with my 81 year old mom in tow. I was not happy. Let’s add the $37 for the unexpected Uber ride, and the $49 dollars to change the drop-off back to the airport, and finally the interior of the vehicle stunk like old sweaty socks the entire time, (but otherwise was clean and drove well). I was not impressed and can’t recommend anything to others.
