The Cypress Enterprise Car Rental is local to my neighborhood and the service is outstanding. My car was ready and clean. Easy drop off.

I was a bit upset that my vehicle was not ready at the pick-up time of 12pm as scheduled.
I was advised I need to wait to have the vehicle cleaned and touched up before I could get the car. Manager Quinn - recognized that I was waiting for a bit and asked if there was anything going on. I'm like when I walked in there was no other customers ahead of me. 3 others walked in after me.
One lady had to add or extend her coverage on her current rental.
Another gentleman had a return/drop off.
the third may have came in earlier and had to come back to pick-up after.
All 3 departed before I did.
@ 12:40pm I left w/ my rental.
Quinn - advised me that I did not have to re-fuel upon my return.
had it not been for the management and inquiry of my status, this would have been a 1 or 2 star rating.
I initially came here for the price, despite passing another HERTZ miles closer to my home.

My overall experience was good. They didn't have the vehicle I needed at the time I was supposed to pick it up. They told me it should be ready in 2 hours. They ended up having something for me when I came in, but I had to call several tonnes and it was a bit stressful.

Excellent customer service and pick up was easy. I thought I was gonna drive a Mitsubishi or something but I am so happy that it was a new Toyota Corolla! I love Toyota so I was so happy it feels like home ❤️ Will rent again from this location.

Picking the car (Hyundai Sonata) up was easy at the Mariott Hotel. But there were some issues. The car was parked on the 4th Lower level and it was very dark. Tried to do a walkaround but the gray car against a gray dark walls. So just drove off. The clerk just handed us the keys and waived at the car. Okay. Windshield was bug splattered and dirty so 10 minutes later I'm cleaning it off. Then I see a significant paint scrape on the lower left front quarter panel. And, I find garbage in the back seat/door storage. We were under some time pressure so I couldn't take the car back. As I'm driving the car on the freeway (I-15) I noticed it tended to pull to the right. A quick check of the tire pressure revealed vastly different tire pressures on all 4 tires. (26-44). Equalized the pressures and then noticed that the left front tire was significantly worn compared to the other tires and tire noise at speed was bothersome. The car had 34k miles on the odometer. Dropoff was unattended on a Sunday. I parked it in the same area as I picked it up. Key dropoff was upstairs at the Hertz kiosk box.

Arrived at SLC airport for a snowboarding trip w 5 friends. Had prepaid for a full-size SUV but when we arrived, we learned that our ‘off-site’ rental had no shuttle, but we’d need to take a 20 min cab ride there. We called ahead to make sure we wouldn’t end up stranded, to make sure they had our car, and they did not. They could only offer us a front wheel drive minivan, which would definitely not get us in and out of powder mountain. The hertz desk at the airport was no help - they said they had no available SUVs. Had to call the national hertz phone line and speak to a rep who DID find us a car fitting our needs at the airport but for an additional $400, which almost doubled the price I had prepaid (as well as an extra hour of stressful scrambling at the airport). After this experience, I will most likely avoid dealing with hertz and booking through carrentals.com since there was a pretty major disconnect between what was offered at initial booking, what we ended up getting, and how we had to get there...

Placed an online reservation for an inconvenient location to try and save on cost (not the airport location but the downtown SLC location). Arrived only to have the attendant tell us that they didn't have a car for us. Attendant then went out of his way to help us get a car from a Hertz over 30min away. Made us late for many things including preparations for a funeral (the entire purpose of our trip). Needless to say we most likely won't be using Hertz anymore. God bless the gentleman that helped us. He deserves a raise in our opinion.
