I made a rental reservation and then found out it was going to snow, I called and was able to pay and upgrade to an all wheel drive car. Great, not sure who I talked to, but she made it easy and was helpful. Now when I get to hertz to pickup my rental theres a man at the desk who says nothing to anyone as they walk in. No hello, I'll be right with you, nothing.. he's the same way returning the car. So as I'm in progress of renting the car, he's talking about how he wants to close up shop early.. mind you it's the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, and I get it.. we all have places to be. But also, the only Hertz open till 7, which is why I chose that location. My rental pickup was at 6:30 and I got there early. He answered a call on speaker, someone was trying to come before they closed, he rudely told them to come asap because he wants to be with his family on Thanksgiving too... its Wednesday and you're supposed to be open till 7! So aside from the rude guy up front who has zero customer service skills, I loved my gmc terrain!

Car was not clean and old. also Car rentals site did not have the correct operating hours which caused confusion and loss of money.

I scheduled a car for Friday-Sunday and the Hertz was closed on Sunday so I had to pay for an extra day due to carrentals.com scheduling
