The car we rented was a jeep Charokee. The ride was a little rough. The right side of the vehocle vibrated when speed was around 72mph. Possibly the tires were our of balance. the tack off was smooth, but when trying to pass it lacked power.

The pick up was fast and fairly easy. I shared my need for a rental while my car was in the shop, prepaid for two days and stated that I may return it early if my car was repaired more quickly. The staff did not mention that after hours drop off was unavailable at their location and there was nothing in the paperwork. So a task that should have taken ten minutes turned into 45 minutes on the phone to customer service in a foreign country with a significant relay delays causing long pauses between sentences and a quote of +$280 to return at the airport 8 miles away. After needing that call we called the Hertz desk at the airport. The gentleman there is the sole recipient of the second star. I’d give him 5 but the other location ruined it. He was fantastic. We returned to the airport after learning the fee was $5 per day. Not sure where the $280 came from. If I was ever to rent from Hertz again it would not be from that location. I’ve never encountered a place that didn’t have a key slot. Oh and their hours are 7:30am-6:00pm. Because that’s super convenient. SMH
