My experience was very good. Friendly knowledgeable staff, car was clean, available when we arrived and performed as expected.

The pick-up was a bit burdensome and the staff could have been nicer. I didn't realize I could not use a debit card for the rental (which made no sense to me since I had already paid for the rental). And the representative could not provide a good reason as to why they required a major credit card. It was a set back but luckily my husband hadn't left yet so I was able to grab our credit card from him. I thought that would solve the issue but they then told me that he had to be the one to be on the reservation since the credit card was in his name (even though it's a join credit card account). They then required me to pay an extra $13.50 to add me to the rental. Such a ridiculous inconvenience and very disappointed with customer experience during the pick up. Everything was much better when I dropped off the vehicle. The representative (a different one) was extremely pleasant, professional and helpful. I also lucked out with the actual rental--a range rover! I booked an intermediate car and ended up with a range rover. A nice surprise.
