I reserved a full size car Hyundai Elantra this past weekend with Budget car rental with your website. When I arrived Budget doesn't rent that car nor did it have the equivalent. Forcing me to either take the economy car or pay more and upgrade. I paid for the upgrade. This website cost me time and money.

Pickup was good, car was perfect. Gentlemen at the counter in the Danbury office were very professional and helpful. Also super nice! Due to bad weather and a cancelled flight, I had to keep the car another day. I was told over the phone that would be fine, and they would simply charge for another day. At the airport upon turn-in, I was told I would be charged a higher price for that extra day, AND an additional $10 fee! I was told to “read my contract”. Unpleasant, and I was disappointed about this. Don’t mind an extra fee, as long as I’m told about it, but when traveling under stressful conditions, this is not the way I want to find out about it.
