I received no communication the location I rented from closed at 6pm. They were closed when I arrived to pick up the car. I called Hertz and received no help from them other than to wait until the next day. It was dark and we still had a 2 hour drive ahead of us. We went back to the airport and a wonderful young woman named Korina saved our day and got us into a car. Sadly, I ended up paying for two cars and Hertz refused to offer any help whatsoever. I will never rent from the, again or use CarRentals.com. One simple statement on my confirmation letting me know the location closed at 6pm would have saved the headaches and a lot of money. It’s the reason i booked this rental in the first place.
